We aim to have orders processed and Shipped to you within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
All orders received before 6pm each day will be sent to our supplier the next business day. It can take up to 7 business days for our supplier to complete the order.
We then collect your item and have it posted to you via 1st class Royal mail recorded delivery the next businesses day. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped to you.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If for some reason your order is significant delayed for any reason, we will ensure to inform you as soon as possible via email or telephone.
We currently don't ship outside the U.K.
We advise customers to inform us as soon as possible if they do not receive their items within 7 business days from when you received your conformation email confirming that your item was shipped to you.
This will enable us to promptly make enquiries with Royal mail and provide you with an update as soon as we can.
When informing us please provide the following details.
1. Order Reference No
2. Receipt showing Date of purchase
3. A copy of the Conformation email sent to you confirming the date item/s was sent to you.
We accept payment via the following options listed below.
All our Products are Printed on Demand.
This means we are unable to offer customers with a full refund unless the fault is proven to be on our side (i.e. defective, incorrect product)

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@goodvibesfashin.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All our products are Printed on Demand and therefore will do not stock any of our items locally.
This means that we only place an order with our supplier once we've receive full payment and a receipt for you ordered has been generated after you've completed your order.
On occasions we do order and stock some of our items which normally can be delivered to you a lot quicker than normal. This is because these items are already printed and stored locally.
We normally do this during busy peak periods or during promotional events that we run from time to time.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
Please ensure you contact us prior to placing any Large orders (i.e. 10 products or more).
This will allow us to confirm the details of the order you're placing to ensure we meet your needs before placing your order with our supplier.
NOTE: Large orders normally take longer to processes and therefore require additional time to deliver these items to you. Additional time can be between an extra 7 to 14 days.
This information will be confirmed with you once you've contacted us via email (See email below) and if you like we can arrange to call you over the phone to discuss your order personally.
This is only applicable with large orders.
All our clothes should be washed at a 30° Mild fine machine wash.
