Return & Refunds Policy

 As all our Products are Printed on Demand.

This means we are unable to offer our customers with a full refund unless the fault is proven to be on our side

 (i.e. defective, incorrect product)

However we do offer our customers the two options listed below if they are unhappy with the product/s they have received.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE - Customers can request for their item to be exchanged for either another size or for another product (equivalent to the value of the item/s being exchanged/returned. This can be done as along as the item/s are returned unused and stilled sealed within 14 days.

GIFT VOUCHER REINBURSTMENT - Customers can choose to receive a gift voucher which can be use to purchase anything in our store.  Same applies as above with items needing to be returned unused and still sealed within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE: All Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.  

We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your orders). 

        Discounted items are not eligible for a return. 

 Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
